How do I change my address?
If you have made a mistake entering your shipping address, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you. Please ensure to include your order number and your updated address.
How long does shipping take?
We expect most orders to be processed within 2 - 4 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is processed.
Domestic shipping: Our standard shipping ranges anywhere from 3 - 10 business days.
International shipping: Depending on your location, international shipping typically takes up to 3 weeks to arrive.
Why is my tracking number not working?
All packages take up to 24 hours to update, as the carrier needs to receive, process the package, and update it in their system.
Why was my order canceled?
Although this rarely takes place, occasionally orders will be canceled under the suspicion of fraud. We have metrics in place that protect our customers, and if flags are raised an order cancellation may be necessary. If this occurs, we will email you immediately with an explanation.
Returns and Exchanges
How can I return or exchange my product?
To start the refund or exchange process, email us at email@example.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.
We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 - 7 business days depending on your bank.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
What if my product arrived damaged?
All our products are packaged with care and we take all the precautions needed to ensure you receive your product as safely and quickly as possible. However, on rare occlusion, breakage can happen while in transit. If this happens, please contact us at email@example.com with the following:
- Photos of packaging and product
- Quantity of products broken
- Your order number
Once we receive your email with the above information, we will send you a replacement package ASAP.
What are your candles made of?
Lazy Royal scented candles are made of natural soy blend wax, braided cotton wicks, and non-toxic scented oils. Simply wax, wick, and scent with no other additives or dyes.
Where do you get your materials?
We source all of our materials from companies in France, USA and Canada.
How long do your candles last?
Our double-wicked candles last more than 40 hours.
How long should I burn my candle?
For the first burn, burn your candle for 1 - 1 ½ hours to allow the wax to reach the edge of the jar. Burn no longer than three hours at a time for longevity and quality.
How often should I trim my wick?
Before each burn, trim your candle wick to ¼ inch or clean off the mushroom on the wick with a tissue. This helps your candle burn evenly, limits the amount of soot it creates and prolongs the candle's life.
What should I do if my candle fragrance is faint?
Our candles are tested using the average room (200 ft2). The scent throw varies for each scent. If you would like a stronger scent throw, we recommend adding an additional candle for the space.
Will my candle jar be hot after I light it?
Yes! the candle jar will be hot to touch, and we recommend everyone to be cautious.
How long should I flip the car freshener for?
For your initial use, remove protective plastic cap and tighten cap on car fragrance, followed by flipping over to the woodside of the cap to allow the fragrance to seep into the cap for a few seconds.
What should I do if the car fragrance is faint?
To refresh and strengthen the scent, tip the bottle upside down regularly.
Why is the wooden cap leaking?
If this takes place, next time flip over the car fragrance for less time to avoid overfilling the cap with fragrance oil. Also, make sure your car perfume is not upside down to avoid any leakage.
Can I pour the fragrance directly onto my leather/fabric car seats?
No please don’t do that! Avoid all contact with the fragrance oil, as it can lead to stains and discoloration on fabrics as well as leather.
Are reed diffusers environmentally friendly?
Our reed diffusers are vegan, environmentally friendly, long-lasting, slow-releasing, and never tested on animals. Our diffuser base contains no phthalates or parabens. We don't want that stuff in your home.
Can I re-use my reed diffuser reeds?
We do not recommend re-using reed diffuser sticks, especially when you switch to a new fragrance or if the reeds become clogged with dust.
How often should I flip the reeds?
The reed diffuser sticks can be flipped when you want an extra burst of fragrance or when you notice there is little scent. You can choose to flip them daily or weekly, whatever best suits your preference.
The reed diffuser is too strong, what can I do?
Consider removing one to two reeds at a time until you reach the scent throw level to your liking or place it in a further location with less air vents.
