Product Care

  • Low maintenance is required for reed diffusers; gently swirl the diffuser at the base to allow liquid to blend back together in case of separation. Afterwards, carefully flip reeds; this will rekindle the diffusion process.
  • If this fails, don't fret- it may be time to replace your reeds, as dust and particles can clog your reeds over time.

    Great Customer Service!

    There was an issue with my first order and they corrected it immediately and sent me a new one. I have a few of these around my house and get compliments every time. Shipping takes a long time but that’s the only negative.
